Liaison Team

What we do

We help people with a learning disability when they need to use hospital or health services.

Our job is to make things fair, easy to understand, and less stressful.

We help by:

Making sure people get the support they need

Helping staff make reasonable adjustments

Helping staff communicate clearly

Making sure people are treated in a fair and timely way

We work with:

People with a Learning Disability

Hospital staff and Health services

Families and carers (when needed)
