What we do

We support people with a learning disability to access primary care and stay healthy.

Our job is to make things fair, easy to understand, and less stressful.

We help by:

Supporting people to access GP services and Annual Health Checks

Helping people understand and attend screening appointments

Making sure people get the right support in the community

Helping GP staff make reasonable adjustments

Supporting clear and accessible communication

Making sure people are treated in a fair and timely way

We work with:

People with a Learning Disability

GP surgeries and primary care services

Health professionals (including screening services)

Families and carers
